Director / CEO
Todd is a co-founder of Fleetpin, and has a reputation of giving anything a go. His working background is as varied as his hobbies and sporting interests. He was a farmer, pilot, truck driver, motorcycle courier, police officer and crash investigator. Todd’s sports and hobbies have ranged from Polocrosse, motorcycling, kart racing, fishing to travelling around in the family motorhome. However in his downtime he enjoys doing activities with his two daughters.
Director / Research & Development
Over the past 20 years, Justin has helped organisations of all sizes realise the benefits of web technology to solve complicated problems and simplify tedious business processes, across software development, UI/UX design and product management. Justin is a firm believer that technology and apps don’t need to be difficult to use. This philosophy is reflected in the design decisions that go into Fleetpin where speed and user experience take priority. When he’s not busy working with the Fleetpin team, Justin can be found indoors tinkering with electronics, or outdoors fishing, camping, and mountain biking, or spending time with his family.
National Sales Manager
Introducing Grant, with a background in telecommunications, including roles at 2degrees and Vodafone. Transitioning from the corporate world, he values Fleetpin’s dynamic as a small-medium business. Alongside his passion for music, playing guitar, and songwriting, Grant’s active pursuits include running, boxing, and circuit training. Currently, he’s balancing these interests with the joys of fatherhood, courtesy of his one-year-old daughter. Connect with Grant on Linkedin here.
Business Development Manager
Nick brings 25 years of diverse experience, excelling in sales, shipside operations, and consultancy. He enjoys the dynamic, cheerful work environment at Fleetpin, but in his spare time you’ll find him on outdoor adventures, tending to his fruit trees, and cherishing moments with his toddler, Bodhi.
South Island Sales Manager
Tarron is a Southern Girl through and through, when she’s not driving all around the South Island visiting customers, she is spending time with her hubby, five daughters, one little man, and their dog Maxi. In her spare time, she enjoys getting into the garden. Tarron enjoys working for a business who shows passion and commitment to customers.
Marketing Manager
Meet Tegwyn, a graduate in Communications from AUT. After a brief stint in corporate marketing, she found her stride at Fleetpin, appreciating the chance to influence in a smaller business setting and working remotely in Auckland. When not working on her gym game, you’ll find Tegwyn exploring farmers markets and brunching with friends, potentially accompanied by a sneaky mimosa or two! Connect with Tegwyn on Linkedin.
Technical Lead
In his spare time, Joe spends quality time with his wife Holly, 5 month old son Caleb, and two Bichon Shih Tzu dogs Ollie and Benji. Joe really enjoys working at Fleetpin because it has a small business vibe with a high level of trust, innovation, job variation, and a great mix of both hardware and software. Alongside this, he also runs Sutton Tech, which is a business that builds high-end computers and servers. Software Engineer
Rewi learned his first programming language at the age of 11, and has been steadily adding to the list ever since. Aside from programming languages, he also speaks a little bit of German and French. Rewi is always learning something new, whether it be linguistics, mathematics, or music theory. He studied computer science and physics at University of Auckland before coming to Fleetpin, where he enjoys being a part of a smaller team and getting to be involved in all stages of product development.
Tom knows Fleetpin through and through, having started in Customer Support to now working as a part of the development team. Tom works to get positive feedback and make a difference to businesses, while also enjoying the challenging components of developing applications. Tom has made a name for himself being the Spicy Food King, all of us bearing witness to him eating some of the spiciest noodles consumed by man. Tom is a real jokester, and never fails to make the whole team laugh.
Software Engineers
George, a former Hardware Technician and Software Developer at Canit Limited for 7 years, is one of Fleetpin’s intermediate software developers, working on some awesome features for our customers. Beyond the code, he enjoys hitting the gym, basketball, chess, music, and traveling.
Jack recently graduated from UC with a data science degree, and has hit the ground running at Fleetpin. Off-duty, he’s all about gaming, bouldering, playing board games, and hitting the gym.
Software Developer Intern
Jaymee, a Computer Science graduate, is a software developer intern at Fleetpin. Passionate about cars and exploring new places, she aims to acquire a diverse skill set in both frontend and backend development during her time at Fleetpin, drawn to the creative challenges and the dynamic learning environment.
Ben is a computer science graduate with a game design minor, currently interning as a software developer at Fleetpin. Eager to engage directly with end-users and deepen his understanding of their needs, Ben focuses on mastering the tech stack, from Scala to GraphQL and Vue, aiming to create user-friendly solutions that make a real difference. He appreciates Fleetpin’s relaxed and supportive atmosphere! Outside of coding, Ben explores music production in the breakcore genre with 17k~ monthly listeners, enjoys video games, and embraces the thrill of downhill mountain biking at CAP.
Tech Support Team Lead
Meet Chris, a seasoned Senior Electronic Engineer with 8 years at Snapit prior to joining Fleetpin. At Snapit, he crafted circuit boards and code for various projects, including solar-powered devices for tracking fishing vessels. Now thriving at Fleetpin, Chris appreciates the team’s camaraderie and shared customer-centric values. Outside of work, he’s gearing up for sports like cycling, tramping, and mountain climbing, after months of transitioning between cities, homes, and jobs.
Tech Specialist
Vinod is one of our tech guru’s, armed with an electrical engineering degree and a New Zealand electrical engineer license. When he’s not coming up with tech solutions for customers, you might find him playing cricket, having a good read, or exploring new places.
Customer Success Team Lead
Angharad was working as a licensed private investigator when her husband and brother-in-law created Fleetpin. A mother of two girls, two dogs, two goats and a flock of sheep. Angharad is always on the go, if she is not down the paddocks covered in mud or running after the rest of the zoo, she is giving our customers the best support Fleetpin can offer. Angharad has worked in every part of Fleetpin, from production, sales and marketing, accounts and now managing Customer Success. Angharad enjoys being part of a family run business, and believes they work well together to support each other to make the best team.
Customer Success Representative
When Jayden isn’t working at Fleetpin helping out our customers, he spends his spare time playing Softball and Basketball or simply chilling with his mates. Before joining Fleetpin, he obtained a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing and Management from UC and later worked in the recruitment industry for a year. Since joining Fleetpin, he has been loving the small team environment and the diverse workload that comes with it. He enjoys constantly learning across different areas, making every day at work a new opportunity to grow and expand his skill set.
Meet Tiffany, one of our friendly Customer Success reps. From cooking and studying computer science to now tackling a variety of tasks at Fleetpin, she’s all about learning new things and the team’s positive atmosphere. Off-duty, you’ll find her chilling with her partner, Callum, and their cat, Possum. Cooking, making music, and video games are her jam!
Accounts / Office Administrator
With over 22 years in Accounting and credit control for Seaport and Waste Management, Nagendra thrives at Fleetpin. When he’s not crunching numbers, he enjoys walks, road trips with his wife, and is a passionate cricket spectator.
Accounts Administrator
Janna has worked in financial services for 20 years, more recently segueing into accounting, but she is also a trained therapist, which makes her a reliable support person within the office. Not to mention, our office plants would certainly be dead without Janna around! If she isn’t outdoors in nature; surfing, hiking and swimming, she is with her two wonderful sons and boisterous dog.
Justine is a friendly, positive presence in the office, and she is all over Fleetpin’s accounting. When she is not crunching the numbers, she’s getting her hands dirty on the lifestyle block or going camping with Justin and their 7-year-old, Paddy. We love the energy Justine brings to the team, and in return she enjoys working amongst the team and seeing them go the extra mile for customers.
