Power Jointing Ltd was founded in Christchurch back in 1998 and has since become a preferred electrical contractor to clients all over the South Island, specialising in the distribution sector of the electrical network – designing, building, and managing projects such as 400V to 33kV network construction, LV and HV underground and overhead works, industrial & commercial supplies, and street-lighting. PJL decided to implement GPS tracking as a health and safety measure, to ensure the safety of their staff and fleet. They conduct contracts across the wider Canterbury region, including remote rural areas. PJL chose Fleetpin in 2020 after having been with a well-known international competitor, as they like to try and support NZ owned and operated businesses like themselves. This makes for easy timesheeting and seeing where your assets have been, and where they are.
